On the GO

Yesterday January 27, Ryleigh decided to start crawling. I am so glad I was home and got to see it happen. I guess it is really time now to put the little toys away and make sure the house is still baby proof. I cannot believe she is on the go. I just want her to stay a baby.

Family Tradition

When I was little I always helped my grandmother Ma make her famous biscuits. Well my mom had mastered the famous biscuits and now my little boy is doing as i did and helping his grandmother Meme make the famous biscuits. It was so sweet to see them doing that together. love family tradition

Another word

so today Ryleigh decided to add another word to her vocabulary. and no it was not ma ma it was bubu. maybe the next word will be for me. it will prob be zoe :)

First word

on January 12 Ryleigh said her first words and as we all know it was Da Da. she loves talking to us now. and is full of words.

7 months old

Ryleigh turned 7 months old on January 11, 2011. She is so fun at this age. We are waiting for her to take off and start crawling still. We thought this would happen a couple of weeks ago and she never did. She is just army crawling around the house. She likes to get on the wood floor and scoot around. She does not like to be left in a room alone. she is now sleeping in her crib in her room. Thanks to Trey for getting that going. She did good, only took like 2 nights. She is still going to sleep at 730 and sleeping until 7 in the morning. those 2 bottom teeth are all the way in now. no more are coming yet. she is loving baby food except for peas and green beans. she loves yogurt and fruit. she hand signs to us or really me when she wants to eat. i dont know where she learned that from but it works. i think that is all for now. here are some cute pics of here at 7 months.

First Snow of 2011

on January 9, 2011 we had our first snow of the year. Cooper just loves it when it snows. So he went out and played in it and built a good little snowman. This was Ryleighs first time to see snow. It will be so fun someday to take the kids to play in the snow and ski. here are some pics
